Dear solo founder: I know how heavy it gets. That's why I'm building Solo Not Small.

A letter from me. Three exits, a team of 75, and the work I've wanted to do for years.

Ahmedabad, 26 October 2026

Dear solo founder,

Let me guess your week.

You pitched a client on Monday. You delivered on Tuesday. On Wednesday you fixed your own website. Thursday went to an invoice. Friday you meant to post on LinkedIn. You didn't.

And somewhere in all of that, you were supposed to grow.

I know that week. I lived it for years.

I started Write Right in 2016 with one other person. No investors. For three years I ran it next to a full-time job. I wrote for my employer by day and for my own clients at night.

Then it grew, to twenty-five people, then fifty-five, then seventy-five.

Here's what nobody tells you about growth. It doesn't make the founder's day lighter. It only changes what fills it.

I sold Write Right in 2023. I had sold Dad of Ad before that. This October I exited Blushush. You can read my letter on the third exit if you want that story.

Each exit gave me my hours back. And each time, I had the same thought.

Why should a founder wait for an exit to get their hours back?

I have always wanted to help solo founders. Not from a stage. From the same side of the table.

Because I know how troublesome it is to scale a dream company: the hire you can't afford yet, the work that only moves when you move it, and the guilt when you finally close the laptop.

So that's what I'm building. Solo Not Small.

Ten lessons. One system for each job you repeat, built in Claude. Research, proposals, posts, your website, being found on Google and ChatGPT. Done the same way every time, in far fewer hours.

You keep your voice. AI does the repeat work. You stay one person, and you stop feeling small.

If you're a solopreneur, a freelancer or a small business owner, this is for you.

Learn AI. But also live.

You're not alone

Working alone isn't a phase. It's most businesses.

I want you to see this, because a solo founder often feels like the only one. You're not. The full data is on bhaviksarkhedi.com.

Questions

What solo founders ask me.

Why do you want to help solo founders?

Because I was one. I started Write Right with two people and no outside money, and ran it next to a full-time job for years. I know how hard it is to scale a dream company on your own.

What does Solo Not Small do for a solo founder?

It sets up one system for each job you repeat, built in Claude, across ten lessons. Research, proposals, posts, your website, being found on Google and AI. You do the work that needs you. The systems do the repeat work.

Do I need a team to use it?

No. It is built for one person: solopreneurs, solo founders, freelancers and small business owners.

Do I need to be good with AI already?

You need to be good at your work. The lessons set up Claude around it, one job at a time.

What happened to your companies?

I sold Dad of Ad in 2021 and Write Right in 2023, and exited Blushush in October 2026. Three bootstrapped exits.

Where do I start?

On solonotsmall.com. Founding member pricing runs until 6 November 2026. If you want the numbers first, read the data version of this page on bhaviksarkhedi.com.
