The AI Search Visibility System
For founders and executives whose buyers now ask ChatGPT before they ask Google.
Definition
AI search visibility is the practice of shaping the sources an AI assistant reads so that your name appears when someone asks it to recommend a person in your category. It differs from SEO because there is no ranked list to climb: either the model names you in its answer, or it does not.
Someone typed “best consultant in your category” into ChatGPT this week. It named four people. You were not one of them.
That answer is not random and it is not luck. Language models assemble it from a specific, findable set of signals, and almost nobody in your category is feeding them deliberately. This is the system I use to change which names come back.
What you get
- A 9-step audit that shows exactly what four major AI models currently say about you, and who they name instead
- The entity-signal map: the sources models actually pull from for a “who is best” question, ranked by weight
- A 90-day placement sequence for getting those sources to carry your name
- The re-check protocol, so you can measure movement instead of hoping
The problem
Why this keeps happening
Search did not disappear. It moved. A growing share of buyer research now starts inside an AI assistant, and the assistant does not return ten blue links for you to evaluate. It returns a short list, stated as fact, with no visible way to appeal.
That shortlist is assembled from sources the model considers trustworthy about your category. Structured data. Published bylines. Third-party mentions. Consistent entity signals across the web. Most people have never audited a single one of them.
The result is a quiet, invisible filter. You are not being rejected. You are not being considered.
What is The AI Search Visibility System?
The AI Search Visibility System is aI search visibility is the practice of shaping the sources an AI assistant reads so that your name appears when someone asks it to recommend a person in your category. It differs from SEO because there is no ranked list to climb: either the model names you in its answer, or it does not.
A repeatable audit and placement system. You find out what four major models currently say about your category, identify which sources they are drawing that answer from, and then systematically get your name into those sources in the order that compounds fastest.

How it runs
How does The AI Search Visibility System work, step by step?
The AI Search Visibility System runs in 6 steps: baseline, source trace, entity audit, gap ranking, placement, re-measure. Each step is described below with what it produces and why its position in the sequence matters.
- 01
Baseline
Run the standardised prompt set across four models and record verbatim what comes back, including who is named instead of you.
- 02
Source trace
Work backwards from each answer to the sources feeding it. This is where most people guess and get it wrong.
- 03
Entity audit
Check the consistency of your name, role and claims across every property a model can read. Inconsistency is the most common silent killer.
- 04
Gap ranking
Score every missing signal by weight and by how hard it is to obtain. You attack cheap-and-heavy first.
- 05
Placement
Work the 90-day sequence to get your name into the sources that actually carry weight.
- 06
Re-measure
Re-run the identical prompt set and compare. Movement is visible or it did not happen.

What do you get with The AI Search Visibility System?
The AI Search Visibility System is delivered as a working skill file plus a written companion covering the method. It contains 4 parts: the audit protocol, source-weight map, 90-day placement sequence, re-measurement kit.

Failure modes
What do people get wrong?
The 4 most common failures are: optimising the website and nothing else; inconsistent identity across properties; chasing volume of mentions; no baseline. Each one is explained below with why it happens and what to do instead.
- 01
Optimising the website and nothing else
Your own site is one of the weakest signals here. Models weight third-party corroboration far more heavily than self-description.
- 02
Inconsistent identity across properties
A different job title on LinkedIn, your site and an old bio makes you harder to resolve as a single entity, and ambiguity gets you dropped.
- 03
Chasing volume of mentions
Twenty low-authority mentions move nothing. The weighting is not linear and most sources carry close to zero.
- 04
No baseline
If you never recorded what the models said at the start, you cannot prove anything changed later.

The alternatives
How does The AI Search Visibility System compare to the alternatives?
There are three ways to solve this: do it yourself, hire it out, or buy the method. The AI Search Visibility System is the third. It costs $25 once, the method stays yours, and you can re-run it without paying again.
| Consideration | Doing it yourself | Hiring it out | This system |
|---|---|---|---|
| Time to first signal | Months of trial and error | Weeks, once briefed | One afternoon for the audit |
| Cost shape | Your hours | Ongoing monthly retainer | One payment |
| Who keeps the method | You, eventually | The agency | You, immediately |
| Repeatable next quarter | Only if you documented it | Only if you keep paying | Yes, same protocol |
| Measurable | Rarely, no baseline | Their reporting | Built-in re-measurement |
Key terms
The vocabulary, defined
- Entity
- The person or organisation a model understands you to be, assembled from every source that names you.
- Answer engine
- A system that returns a synthesised answer instead of a list of links.
- Corroboration
- Independent sources agreeing on the same fact about you, which is what raises confidence.
- Prompt set
- The fixed list of questions you re-run each quarter so results stay comparable.

Questions
How is this different from SEO?
SEO optimises for a ranked list of links. This optimises for being named inside a generated answer where there is no list to climb. Different mechanism, different signals, and your existing SEO work does not automatically transfer.
Which models does it cover?
The protocol is model-agnostic by design and ships with the prompt set for the four major assistants. When a new one matters, you re-run the same protocol against it.
Is this just a pack of prompts?
No. A prompt is one instruction. This is a working system: the method, the order, the judgement calls, and the standard for what finished work looks like. You are buying the workflow I run inside a paid engagement.
I am an executive, not an operator. Is this too hands-on?
Each one is built so you can either run it yourself or hand it to whoever does this work for you. The value is that the method is decided, so nobody is improvising on your reputation.
Could I not just ask an AI to do this?
You can ask. You will get a generic answer, because the model does not know what good looks like at a senior level and has no opinion about sequence. That judgement is the product.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Installing it is dragging one file into a folder.
What format do I actually receive?
A working skill file you install once, plus a written companion explaining the method so you can adapt it rather than follow it blindly. It runs inside Claude.
What happens after I click buy?
It opens an email to me, already filled in. I reply with a payment link and send the files the same day. Deliberately human, because I want to know who is using these.
Is there a refund?
Yes. If you use it properly and it does not do what this page said, tell me and I refund you. No argument.
