The Entity Authority Kit

For founders whose name returns results but no understanding.

Definition

An entity is the single, resolvable thing a search engine or language model understands you to be, assembled from every source that names you. Entity authority is the work of making those sources agree so the machine can resolve you confidently.

Search your name. You get pages. What you do not get is a machine that knows who you are, what you do, and why it should say so.

There is a difference between appearing in results and being understood as an entity. Entities get knowledge panels, get named in AI answers, and get disambiguated from everyone who shares your name. This is the kit for becoming one.

What you get

  • The identity inventory that finds every property naming you, including the ones you forgot
  • The reconciliation method for making your core facts agree everywhere
  • A structured data pack you can paste, so machines read your identity rather than infer it
  • The disambiguation step that separates you from everyone who shares your name
Not forAnyone expecting a knowledge panel to appear next week. Entity recognition is slow and this is the work that makes it possible, not a switch.

The problem

Why this keeps happening

Search engines and language models do not store pages, they store things and the relationships between them. A person is one of those things. If the machine cannot resolve you into a single coherent entity, it treats every mention of you as unrelated noise.

This is why two people with equally impressive careers get completely different treatment. One has consistent, corroborated, machine-readable identity signals across the web. The other has a good CV scattered across profiles that never quite agree with each other.

The frustrating part is that this is largely mechanical. It is not about being more accomplished. It is about being legible, and legibility is something you can construct deliberately.

What is The Entity Authority Kit?

The Entity Authority Kit is an entity is the single, resolvable thing a search engine or language model understands you to be, assembled from every source that names you. Entity authority is the work of making those sources agree so the machine can resolve you confidently.

A structured process for building the identity signals that make you resolvable: consistent claims across properties, machine-readable markup, corroborating third-party sources, and the disambiguation work that separates you from everyone with a similar name.

How it runs

How does The Entity Authority Kit work, step by step?

The Entity Authority Kit runs in 5 steps: inventory, reconcile, mark up, corroborate, disambiguate. Each step is described below with what it produces and why its position in the sequence matters.

01
of 05 steps
  1. 01

    Inventory

List every property that names you. Most people underestimate this by half, and the forgotten ones are usually the inconsistent ones.

  2. 02

    Reconcile

Make the core facts identical everywhere. Job title, company, location, spelling. Disagreement is what breaks resolution.

  3. 03

    Mark up

Add the structured data that states who you are in a form a machine reads without interpreting.

  4. 04

    Corroborate

Get independent sources to state the same facts, because self-description alone carries almost no weight.

  5. 05

    Disambiguate

Separate yourself from others with your name, which is the step nobody does and the one that unlocks the rest.

What is inside

What do you get with The Entity Authority Kit?

The Entity Authority Kit is delivered as a working skill file plus a written companion covering the method. It contains 4 parts: identity inventory, reconciliation method, structured data pack, corroboration plan.

Failure modes

What do people get wrong?

The 4 most common failures are: optimising only your own website; different job titles in different places; ignoring people with your name; expecting speed. Each one is explained below with why it happens and what to do instead.

  1. 01

    Optimising only your own website

Self-description is the weakest signal available. Corroboration is what moves this.

  2. 02

Different job titles in different places

Every inconsistency lowers confidence that these mentions are one person.

  3. 03

    Ignoring people with your name

If a machine cannot separate you from them, it will not confidently name either of you.

  4. 04

    Expecting speed

Entity recognition accumulates. This is a months-long process and anyone promising otherwise is guessing.

Search your name. You get pages. What you do not get is a machine that knows who you are, what you do, and why it should say so.

The alternatives

How does The Entity Authority Kit compare to the alternatives?

There are three ways to solve this: do it yourself, hire it out, or buy the method. The Entity Authority Kit is the third. It costs $25 once, the method stays yours, and you can re-run it without paying again.

Questions

Is this the same as the AI Search Visibility System?

They are neighbours and they work well together. Entity Authority is about being understood as a thing. AI Search Visibility is about being recommended when someone asks a question. You can be recognised and still not be recommended.

Will this get me a knowledge panel?

It builds the conditions that make one possible. Nobody can promise the panel itself, and anyone who does is selling you something they do not control.

Is this just a pack of prompts?

No. A prompt is one instruction. This is a working system: the method, the order, the judgement calls, and the standard for what finished work looks like. You are buying the workflow I run inside a paid engagement.

I am an executive, not an operator. Is this too hands-on?

Each one is built so you can either run it yourself or hand it to whoever does this work for you. The value is that the method is decided, so nobody is improvising on your reputation.

Could I not just ask an AI to do this?

You can ask. You will get a generic answer, because the model does not know what good looks like at a senior level and has no opinion about sequence. That judgement is the product.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Installing it is dragging one file into a folder.

What format do I actually receive?

A working skill file you install once, plus a written companion explaining the method so you can adapt it rather than follow it blindly. It runs inside Claude.

What happens after I click buy?

It opens an email to me, already filled in. I reply with a payment link and send the files the same day. Deliberately human, because I want to know who is using these.

Is there a refund?

Yes. If you use it properly and it does not do what this page said, tell me and I refund you. No argument.
